Zoe Huber earned her J.D. from Albany Law School, where she graduated magna cum laude, focusing her studying on Trusts and Estates and Tax Law. She was an Associate Editor for the Government Law Review and a two-time volunteer for Senior Citizens’ Law Day.

In her last year of law school, Zoe interned at the Office of the New York State Comptroller, where, in addition to researching federal payroll tax law issues, she processed abandoned property claims owned by trusts and estates. After law school, Zoe focused her practice on litigation, first at the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance, and then as an Assistant Public Defender for Greene County.

In her free time, Zoe enjoys reading, sewing, and knitting, and volunteering at a community reuse store in Albany.
