Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

Grace Goodall is the receptionist/administrative assistant at Copps DiPaola Silverman, PLLC. In this position, Grace works closely with the Firm’s office manager and staff in ensuring clients’ needs and expectations are met while performing various tasks. She is the first point of contact, ensuring visitors and clients receive a polished and professional welcome. She contributes to maintaining the Firm’s high standards of client care and support to legal professionals as well as handling sensitive and confidential information with utmost care.

Grace graduated with an Associates Degree in Human Service Sciences from Hudson Valley Community College in 2019 following graduation from Maple Hill High School in 2017.

Grace lives outside of Albany in a small town with her fiancé Christopher & her two children. She enjoys all things in life including spending time with family, being active, and meeting new people.
