Mackenzie Letus, Law Clerk at Copps DiPaola SilvermanMackenzie Letus is a Litigation Paralegal assisting our attorneys with all aspects divorce, family, and intimate partner law litigation from inception through discovery and trial.

Mackenzie graduated with honors from SUNY Oneonta with a dual degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice, and a minor in Anthropology. She is a member of Psi Chi, The International Honor Society of Psychology, and Alpha Kappa Delta, The International Honor Society of Sociology. While at SUNY Oneonta, she held the position of Resident Advisor and was thus responsible for assisting residents with acclimation and transition, organizing, and conducting resident meetings and identifying and assisting with resident needs. Prior to joining our team Mackenzie worked as a clerical assistant at a leading process serving agency in The Hudson Valley area. While there she was a liaison between the process servers and clients, facilitated the workload of the servers, assisted the servers with problematic services, and also performed a vast array of other clerical duties.

Mackenzie grew up in the historic city of Kingston, NY and currently resides in Cohoes, NY with her significant other Dylan and their dog, Obi. She enjoys country music, “DIY” craft projects, and spending time with her friends and family.
