Desiree Santana - The CDS Law FirmDesiree Santana graduated with honors from Herkimer County Community College in May of 2022 for paralegal studies. She was nominated for Student of the Year in October of 2022 and was chosen by New York State Association of Continued/Community Education (NYACCE) to join the NYACCE Outstanding Adult Student Award Celebration. She received awards from the Commissioner and President of the University of the State of New York, the Deputy Commissioner of the University of the State of New York, the President of New York Association for Continuing and Community Education, and Governor Kathy Hochul.

Prior to joining the team, she worked at The Justice Center at Albany Law School in Health Law Clinic as an Administrative Assistant/LegalAssistant (paralegal), as well as other areas within the clinic that required additional support.

She currently resides in Palatine Bridge, NY with her partner and two boys, Jayden and Kaibreean, and her fur babies. She is a huge advocate for mental health and teaching her boys the importance of being kind. She lives life to the fullest with her family and creates unforgettable memories, which includes traveling.
